I loved attention to every little detail. I loved the kindness and politeness of every single staff member. I liked the decor. I LOVED the breakfast. The art, books, faux fire, pool table. Brilliant. Kasia (pronounced Kasha) couldn't have been kinser when I had accidentally booked the wrong month! So helpful kind and considerate.Bear brewery and bowling so great as we were visiting family friends there.

Warm, friendly welcome on Reception upon arrival (Elizabeth & colleague full on local recommendations, huge smiles & positive vibes), spotlessly clean modern room, extremely kind gestures by ‘Ashley KenKera, General Manager (note, balloons & complimentary drinks voucher) as a surprise for my friend who was celebrating her 40th! How very thoughtful, it was so appreciated!! Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, credit to Chefs, waiting on staff, excellent range of choices, fresh food & lovely, relaxing start to our day. Cannot thank you all enough at Cheltenham Holiday Inn for making our stay so pleasurable, what a Team!

The hotel was pet friendly and the staff were as pleased to meet our dog as they were to meet us. The main bed in the family room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was wonderfully clean with a view onto a lovely courtyard outside with art work on the walls. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good and staff were very prompt with cleaning tables to free them for new guests, room was lovely and location of hotel was brilliant.

WOW! is the first thing that comes to mind! Perfectly located just 3 mins walk from the Brewery quarter which has the most amazing bars, restaurants & Cinema with 14 screens! You will be stunned with all the options of things to do that this wonderful town has to offer. The Hotel really is in the most perfect location, The staff very helpful & friendly, the Breakfast is fantastic with a hot or cold buffet style presentation with superb quality produce. Our double room was super clean & spacious with large TV. All in all it was fantastic and we would certainly stay again in the future. 10 out of 10 for this hotel

*Location next to car park with 25% off parking if ticket stamped at hotel reception on check out. *Situated opposite Brewery Quarter for eateries, music, shops etc. *Close proximity for walking to a lot of historical buildings and parks. *Reception staff very helpful with queries and enquiries.

It's my second stay at this hotel as it's in such a wonderful location across the road from lots of quality restaurants and an amazing 12 screen Cinema 📽 and yet peaceful in the evening's. A wonderful buffet style breakfast to suit all tastes together with a discounted multi - storey parking opposite this hotel compliments the helpful happy staff. All in all perfect and I would happily stay again when visiting the charming town of Cheltenham 😊

Very comfortable bed, slept well. Staff were very helpful, especially at breakfast- made sure my baby and I were seated comfortably 4th floor room had a nice view of the hills. Room felt clean and well maintained. Very busy over a Bank Holiday weekend, but dealt with us efficiently and the breakfast area didn't have queues even at 10am

The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and a good choice. The toaster was one of the best as it toasted first time. The room met our expectations, the beds were really comfortable and the sofa was a much appreciated addition to the room. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a wet room, which meant it was very large for the price paid. The deal with the Brewhouse Quarter across the road, meant we got a good discount on food and entertainment.

Location - excellent by the Brewery quarter and town Modern design - comfortable as well as esthetically pleasing Room - opening window was very welcome Breakfast - a steady flow of food, drinks and utensils was ensured by staff Pool table - nice addition
